San Ramon, California – 15th District Assembly Candidate Abram Wilson announced today the endorsements of Contra Costa District Attorney Bob Kochly and Contra Costa Sheriff Warren Rupf.
"We have to send Mayor Abram Wilson to Sacramento - not because this man or any single person can change things - but because Mayor Wilson is one of those good people who will facilitate intelligent change in governance of California. He will make a difference,” said Sheriff Rupf.
District Attorney Bob Kochly added, “Mayor Abram Wilson is fiscally responsible, and cares deeply about protecting the most vulnerable members of our community – our children and our seniors. Mayor Wilson works closely with law enforcement to keep our communities safe. I am proud to endorse his candidacy for State Assembly.”
”I am truly grateful to have the support of Sheriff Warren Rupf and District Attorney Bob Kochly. These men represent the highest level of dedication and service to our communities and I am honored to carry their example and advice to Sacramento,” said Mayor Wilson.
Wilson is running to restore fiscal responsibility to our state government. In the City of San Ramon where he has been mayor for nearly a decade, budget reserves exceed an unprecedented 50%. The State of California is currently facing a $15 billion budget shortfall.
